Spray pump: specially designed to supply water to automatic sprinkler fire extinguishing systems, it automatically sprays water through pipe network nozzles to extinguish fires.
2、 System and Function
Fire pump:
Covers a variety of fire-fighting systems, such as hydrant system, sprinkler system, foam fire extinguishing system, etc;
Mainly used for fire hydrant extinguishing systems, providing high-pressure water flow.
Spray pump:
Specially designed for automatic sprinkler systems, it triggers the glass ball to burst at high temperatures and activates the sprinkler pump through a linked alarm valve;
Equipped with automatic sprinkler, alarm, and initial fire cooling functions.
3、 Parameters and Performance
Flow rate and head:
Fire pumps, such as hydrant pumps, typically require higher flow rates and head to meet the needs of the hydrant system;
The parameters of the sprinkler pump are adjusted according to the design requirements of the automatic sprinkler system, usually with low flow rate and head.
Startup method:
The fire pump can be started through linkage with the fire alarm system or manually controlled;
The sprinkler pump can be automatically started through the pipeline water flow linkage alarm valve or remotely controlled from the fire control room.
