Working principle of magnetic pump.

The working principle of a magnetic pump is based on magnetic coupling drive, achieving contactless power transmission, as follows:

1、 Core components
External magnetic rotor: connected to the motor shaft, generating a magnetic field as the motor rotates;
Internal magnetic rotor: fixed to the pump impeller and driven to rotate by the magnetic field of the external magnetic rotor;
Isolation sleeve: Made of non-magnetic materials such as stainless steel and ceramics, it isolates the inner and outer magnetic rotors to prevent medium leakage.
2、 Working process
Magnetic field transmits power: After the motor starts, the outer magnetic rotor rotates, and its magnetic field penetrates the isolation sleeve to drive the inner magnetic rotor to rotate synchronously;
Rotating impeller conveying medium: The inner magnetic rotor drives the pump impeller to rotate, sucking in the medium from the inlet and pressurizing it before discharging it;
Contactless sealing: The isolation sleeve completely isolates the medium from the external environment, achieving zero leakage.
3、 Characteristics and advantages
No leakage: No mechanical seal, suitable for transporting toxic, flammable, explosive or valuable media;
Low maintenance: simple structure, reducing seal wear and replacement frequency;
Efficient and energy-saving: Magnetic transmission has high efficiency and low energy loss;
Corrosion resistance: The isolation sleeve and inner magnetic rotor can be made of corrosion-resistant materials, suitable for strong acid, strong alkali and other media.
