Product Overview
The Non-negative Pressure Booster Steady Flow Water Supply Equipment uses the municipal water supply network as the water source, fully utilizing the existing pressure of the municipal network. It forms a closed, continuous relay pressurization water supply system with nice energy-saving effects, no secondary pollution of water quality, and serves as the development and extension of variable frequency constant pressure water supply equipment.

Working Principle
Upon activation, water from the municipal water network enters the steady flow tank. The air inside the tank is expelled through the vacuum eliminator, and once the tank is filled, the vacuum eliminator automatically closes. When the pressure from the municipal water network is sufficient to meet the water demand, the system supplies water directly to the water network via a bypass check valve. If the municipal water network pressure cannot meet the water demand, the system pressure signal is sent from the remote pressure gauge to the variable frequency controller, activating the pump. The pump then adjusts its speed automatically according to the water demand, providing constant pressure water supply. If the pump reaches its rated frequency speed, a second pump is activated to operate at variable frequency.

During water supply, if the municipal water supply exceeds the pump’s flow capacity, the system maintains normal water supply. During peak water usage, if the municipal water supply is less than the pump’s flow rate, the water in the steady flow tank supplements the system’s water, maintaining normal supply. In this case, air enters the tank through the vacuum eliminator, destroying the vacuum inside the tank, ensuring that the municipal network doesn’t experience negative pressure. After peak water usage, the system resumes normal supply. If the municipal water network is shut off, causing the steady flow tank’s water level to continuously drop, the level sensor sends a signal to the variable frequency controller, automatically stopping the pump to protect the unit. At night, when the water supply is low and the municipal network pressure cannot meet the requirements, the air pressure tank stores and releases energy, preventing frequent pump starts.
