These Control Cabinets offer protection functions such as main circuit short-circuit, phase loss, overload, overcurrent, pump body leakage, and stator winding overheating protection. Additionally, the controllers come in single-control, multi-pump master-use, pump-to-pump interlock, and master-backup interlock types, all of which feature functions like automatic disconnection of the main pump in case of failure, automatic start of the pump when water is present, auto alternation, and high water level alarm shutdown. These QZD Water Pump Control Cabinets are widely used in agricultural production, municipal engineering, high-rise building water supply and drainage, fire fighting, sprinkling, booster pump automatic control, air-conditioning hot/cold water circulation pump control, boiler water supply, and other scenarios. They are also suitable for controlling and starting other AC motors, making them ideal matching products for various water pumps.

Operating Conditions

a. The surrounding maximum air temperature should not exceed 40°C, and the minimum temperature should not be below -5°C.
b. The average surrounding air temperature over a 24-hour period should not exceed 35°C.
c. The installation altitude should not exceed 2000 meters.
d. The average maximum humidity of the surrounding air should not exceed 90% (when the average temperature is 25°C).
e. The surrounding air should be free from explosive substances and should not contain gases that could corrode metals or damage insulation, nor conductive dust.


Control Types and Functions

1. L-type (Level Control): Utilizes a high-performance Key float switch, provided with the factory unit, to automatically control the water supply and drainage based on changes in water level. It is mainly used in systems with water tanks.
2. P-type (Pressure Control): Uses an external pressure gauge or pressure switch as the sensing signal to automatically start or stop the pump according to changes in pipeline pressure. It also supports remote control via buttons and is primarily used in domestic water supply and fire pressure systems.
3. T-type (Temperature Control): Uses temperature sensors as the detection element, with a temperature controller to start or stop the pump based on a preset temperature range. It is mainly used in temperature-controlled and heat exchange systems.
4. S-type (Time Control): Uses a microcomputer clock controller, allowing users to control the pump’s operation according to preset timings. It is mainly used in various intermittent water supply systems.
5. C-type (Air Conditioning Special Control): Specifically designed for air-conditioning pump systems, this type ensures interlocking between the water pump and the air-conditioning unit. The pump operates by control center operation, ensuring that the pump starts before the air-conditioning unit, safeguarding the system’s safe operation.
6. X-type (Firefighting Special Control): Designed in compliance with national fire regulations. The startup of fire pumps or sprinkling pumps can be triggered by: 1) manual operation from the control panel, 2) fire hydrant button, 3) pressure switch, or 4) 24V DC signal from the fire center. It also includes status feedback signals to the fire center regarding pump operations. If a dual power automatic transfer switch or periodic inspection for fire pumps is required, please specify when ordering.
7. W-type (Sewage Pump Special Control): Designed specifically for sewage pump operations, using a float switch or electrodes to control pump operation based on high and low water levels. It also offers protection against pump body leakage and stator winding overheating.
