It is primarily used for applications that require closed-loop adjustment of pump speed based on real-time water consumption conditions, such as towerless water supply for high-rise buildings and constant pressure water supply from deep well pumps for fire protection. The system uses well-known brand variable frequency drives, intelligent controllers, pressure sensors, and pumps to form a closed-loop control system. It supports multi-pump control, maintains stable pipeline pressure, improves water supply quality, reduces secondary pollution, and achieves high energy-saving efficiency. The system can also operate autonomously, offering an unmanned towerless water supply control solution.

Provides automatic auto-transformer reduced voltage starting for induction motors.
Can accelerate and stop the motor.
Offers short-circuit, phase loss, and overload protection for the motor.
Includes additional over-temperature protection and leakage protection for the pump oil chamber.


Maintenance and Care

1. Disconnect the power supply and check whether the control cabinet's frame is reliably grounded, with the ground resistance not exceeding 4Ω.
2. The control cabinet contains different voltages (DC 110V; single-phase AC 220V; three-phase AC). During maintenance, it is crucial to distinguish between circuits to prevent short circuits.
3. All electrical switches in the control cabinet should operate smoothly and reliably without significant noise. The wire connections and terminal blocks should not be loose, and there should be no breakage in the wires at the moving contact points.
4. Use a soft brush or blower to remove dust from the plug-in panels and all electromagnetic switch components. Also, inspect the condition of electrical contacts, contact points, coil insulation, and the reliability of mechanical components' movements.
5. When replacing fuses, ensure that the fuse rating matches the current of the circuit.
