It is widely used in heat carrier heating systems across various industries in China, including petroleum, chemicals, rubber, plastics, pharmaceuticals, textiles, printing and dyeing, road construction, and food processing. The LQRY pump is an ideal solution for hot oil circulation with a maximum working temperature of ≤370°C.


Structural Characteristics

The LQRY Heat Conductive Hot Oil Circulation Pump is designed based on the advantages of similar international products. Its main structure features a single-stage, single-suction cantilever design. The intake is axial suction, while the output is vertically aligned at the center, and the pump is mounted with a motor onto a base.

The LQRY Hot Oil Circulation Pump uses a double-point ball bearing structure. The front bearing is lubricated with oil, and the rear bearing with grease. Between the two, there is an oil-conductive pipe to monitor the seal condition and recycle the heat-conductive oil.

This pump adopts a self-heat dissipation system, replacing the traditional water-cooling system. Its simple structure, compact size, and energy-efficient design contribute to overall operational savings.

The LQRY Heat Conductive Hot Oil Circulation Pump combines stuffing seals and mechanical seals. The stuffing seal is made from high-temperature-resistant materials, offering nice resistance to high temperatures. The mechanical seal uses durable, high-strength hard metal to ensure effective sealing even under high-temperature conditions.

Additionally, the LQRY Hot Oil Circulation Pump features third-generation polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) lip seals, which provide  sealing performance. PTFE seals offer 25 times better sealing capability compared to rubber seals and are highly resistant to corrosion.
