The pump features a compact structure, rational design, and has absorbed and improved upon foreign products, making it a promising conveying device. This pump is an energy-efficient and environmentally-friendly alternative to the steam reciprocating pumps still in use by some users.

It is suitable for conveying high-temperature media, such as hot water, hot oil slurries, heat transfer oils, or other media with similar physical and chemical properties to oil and water, with temperatures ranging from 100°C to 400°C. After years of operation, significant improvements have been made to key components (such as the pump's long shaft, pump body, and one-way ball valve) based on the original design to enhance its durability, particularly for transporting high-temperature plastics. These modifications have resulted in a longer service life and easier maintenance for the pump.


Product Features

The WBR High Temperature Electric Reciprocate Pump consists of a gear box, motor, flywheel, and crosshead, with the gear box using a splash lubrication method. The pump body is made of cast steel with a double-layer jacket structure, where steam can circulate inside the jacket for insulation (e.g., for heavy oils). The pump valve structure adopts a ball valve design, ensuring reliable sealing and responsive operation. A cooling jacket separates the pump head and the housing, with the cooling jacket using a circulating water system to effectively prevent the heat from the pump head from spreading to the housing.

The pump’s sealing packing uses the  advanced domestic graphite fiber high-temperature packing, while other components are made from heat-resistant steel and processed in a timely manner to ensure the pump's long service life.
