I-1B Thick Slurry Screw Pump

The I-1B Thick Slurry Screw Pump is a single-screw positive displacement pump. The pump utilizes the rotation of an eccentric single helix screw within a double-helix bushing, which pushes the thick slurry from the suction port to the discharge port along the spiral groove, thereby achieving the pump's conveying function.

This pump is widely used in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, brewing, paper-making, and food processing.


Material and Structural Types

I-1B Type A: The casing is made of cast iron, and the transmission parts are made of general steel, suitable for conveying neutral thick slurry.
I-1B Type B: The transmission parts (main shaft, screw, and shaft) are made of stainless steel, suitable for conveying mildly acidic or alkaline slurry.
I-1B Type F: Both the transmission parts and the pump casing in contact with the slurry are made of stainless steel, suitable for conveying food, pharmaceutical, and corrosive slurry.

The rubber bushings are available in general wear-resistant rubber, food-grade rubber, and oil-resistant rubber for user selection.

Transmission methods include direct motor-to-pump shaft drive, motor-driven via a reducer to the pump, and motor-driven via a V-belt to the pump shaft, offering users a range of choices.

The suitable electric motors include general enclosed motors, explosion-proof motors, and electromagnetic speed-regulated motors.

1. Capable of transporting high-concentration, high-viscosity slurry (<10000PaS) and slurry containing particles.
2. The fluid flow is stable without overflow, pulsation, mixing, or shearing of the slurry.
3. The discharge pressure is independent of the speed, allowing high discharge pressure even at low flow rates.
4. The flow rate is directly proportional to the speed, and flow adjustment can be achieved through a speed variation mechanism or high-speed motor.
5. Strong self-priming capability, no need for a bottom valve, enabling direct liquid suction.
6. The pump can reverse the flow direction; the direction of liquid flow is changed by the pump's rotation direction, making it suitable for applications requiring forward and reverse flushing of pipelines.
7. Smooth operation with low vibration and noise.
8. Simple structure, easy to disassemble and maintain.
