CQB-F Fluoroplastic Magnetic Drive pump

The CQB-F fluoroplastic magnetic drive pump is a new type of pump that utilizes the principles of modern magnetic mechanics and employs the magnetic drive of permanent magnets to achieve contactless torque transmission. In this system, when the motor drives the outer magnetic steel assembly to rotate, the magnetic force lines pass through the magnetic field and the isolation sleeve to drive the inner magnetic steel assembly and the impeller to rotate synchronously.

The overcurrent components of the CQB-F pump are made from fluoroplastic materials (FEP, PTFE, ETFE, PVDF, fluoropolymer alloys). The pump casing is constructed from fluoroplastic alloy, while the static ring and shaft are made of SIC or SSIC. The impeller and isolation sleeve are made of F46 standard material, and the sealing ring is made of fluorine rubber. The outer casing is also made of fluorine rubber.

The magnetic materials are made from ferrite, and the bracket is made from HT200 material. This pump is ideal for handling acidic, alkaline, saline, and organic solutions. The CQB-F series features a compact and aesthetically pleasing design with a powerful motor.


Features

1. Leak-proof Design
The pump eliminates the need for shaft seals by using a magnetic coupling for indirect drive, completely removing the risk of leakage and ensuring that the environment remains uncontaminated. Due to the use of "fluoroplastic alloys" for the overcurrent parts, the pump can continuously convey acids, alkalis, strong oxidizers, and other corrosive media without any damage.

2. Working Principle
The drive mechanism uses a permanent magnet coupling directly mounted on the motor shaft. The pump chamber is fully sealed, and the magnetic coupling indirectly drives the impeller, which is fitted with magnets, to rotate. This design is compact, safe, and energy-efficient.

3. Durable and Robust Pump Body Structure
While the wetted parts are made from fluoroplastic, the pump housing is constructed from metal, making it strong enough to withstand the weight of the pipeline and resist mechanical impact.


Main Applications

This product is widely used in industries such as petrochemical, acid and alkali production, non-ferrous metal smelting, acid pickling in automotive manufacturing, rare earth separation, pesticides, dyes, pharmaceuticals, papermaking, electroplating, and radio communications.
