ZCQ Self-priming Magnetic Drive Pump

The ZCQ Self-priming Magnetic Drive Pump replaces the mechanical seal with a static seal, ensuring that the pump’s flow components are completely sealed. This design effectively eliminates the common issues of leakage, dripping, and wear typically associated with mechanical seals in other pumps. The pump body and flow components are made from corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel, steel ceramic, and PTFE graphite, ensuring durability. It combines the functionality of a CQ-type magnetic drive pump with self-priming capabilities, requiring no foot valve or priming water, with a self-priming height of up to 4 meters.

The pump operates based on a magnetic drive principle with a mixed structure. Compared to ordinary centrifugal pumps, it offers self-priming capabilities, making it suitable for remote centralized control and automated operation. This pump is widely used, especially in situations where the pump installation position is above the surface, making the self-priming magnetic pump the preferred choice.

The pump features a compact structure, attractive appearance, small size, low noise, reliable operation, and ease of maintenance.
