Compared to traditional impellers, the impeller of this pump uses a single-flow or double-flow channel form, similar to a bent pipe with the same cross-sectional area, providing nice flow characteristics. Equipped with a rational volute, the pump offers high efficiency. The impeller undergoes dynamic and static balance testing, ensuring no vibration and low noise during operation.

The unique single-blade or double-blade impeller structure greatly improves the sewage passage capacity, allowing the pump to effectively pass fibrous material five times the pump diameter and solid particles about 50% of the pump diameter.
The mechanical seal uses a new type of hard and corrosion-resistant titanium tungsten material, and the seal is improved to a double-end face seal, keeping it running in the oil chamber, ensuring the pump can run safely and continuously for over 8,000 hours.
The overall structure is compact, small in size, low in noise, energy-efficient, easy to maintain, and does not require a pump room. The pump can work by submerging it into water, greatly reducing project costs.
The seal oil chamber is equipped with a high-precision anti-interference leakage detection sensor, and the stator windings are embedded with thermosensitive elements, offering absolute protection to the pump motor.
The pump can be equipped with an automatic safety protection control cabinet according to user needs, providing absolute protection against leakage, electric leakage, overload, and overheating, improving the product's safety and reliability.
The float switch can automatically control the pump's start and stop according to the required liquid level changes, requiring no manual supervision, making it very convenient to use.

Using Instructions
The GW Efficiently Pipeline Non-clogging Sewage Pump should be used in environments with temperatures ≤ 40°C, humidity ≤ 95%, and altitude ≤ 1000 meters.
The medium temperature should not exceed 60°C, with medium and severe conditions for 1 - 1.3 kg/dm³.
The pump can be used with cast iron in environments with pH values between 5 and 9.
Stainless steel materials are recommended for use with generally corrosive media.
The pump should be used in environments not exceeding 1000 meters above sea level. If conditions exceed these limits, please contact us for a more reliable product recommendation.
