This LW series of non-clogging vertical sewage pumps utilizes a unique impeller structure and a new mechanical seal, making it capable of efficiently transporting sewage containing solids and long fibers. Unlike traditional impellers, the pump's impeller adopts either a single-flow or double-flow channel design, resembling a curved pipe with the same cross-sectional area, providing nice flow capacity. Combined with a well-designed volute chamber, the pump operates at relatively high efficiency. The impeller undergoes dynamic and static balancing tests to ensure smooth operation, and the vertical pump structure minimizes vibration during operation.

The main difference between the LW and GW type pumps lies in the nozzle direction, with the volute chamber slightly differing. Users can choose between LW or GW based on their convenience.

The large flow channel anti-clogging hydraulic components design significantly enhances the pump's ability to handle dirt, effectively passing fibrous substances up to five times the diameter of the pump and solid particles about 50% of the pump's diameter.

A protective cover is added to the motor's fan blade end, allowing the entire unit to operate outdoors without the need for a machine room, saving significant infrastructure costs.
