QW Non-Clogging Submersible Sewage Pump

The QW Series Non-Clogging Submersible Sewage Pump is a new generation of pump products developed based on the introduction of advanced foreign technology, combined with the characteristics of domestic pump usage. This pump features significant energy-saving effects, anti-winding, clog-free operation, automatic installation, and automatic control. It is particularly effective in handling solid particles and long-fiber waste.

This QW series of pumps adopts a unique impeller structure and a new type of mechanical seal, allowing for effective transportation of media containing solid particles and long-fiber materials. Compared with traditional impellers, the impeller of this pump uses a single-flow or double-flow design, similar to a bent pipe with a consistent cross-sectional size. This provides nice flow characteristics. Coupled with a well-designed volute chamber, the pump operates efficiently, with the impeller undergoing dynamic and static balancing tests, ensuring no vibration and low noise during operation.


Product Features

The unique single-blade or double-blade impeller structure greatly improves the capacity to pass sewage, efficiently transporting fiber materials up to five times the pump's diameter and solid particles with a diameter up to about 50% of the pump's inlet diameter.

The mechanical seal uses a new, highly corrosion-resistant material made from titanium tungsten. Additionally, the seal is improved with a double-end mechanical seal, allowing it to operate continuously in the oil chamber for over 8,000 hours, ensuring safety and reliability.

The compact and integrated design results in a small footprint, low noise, significant energy-saving effects, and easy maintenance. The pump does not require a pump house; it can operate by simply being submerged in water, significantly reducing project costs.

The seal oil chamber is equipped with high-precision anti-interference leakage detection sensors, and the stator winding has built-in thermal-sensitive components, providing absolute protection for the pump motor.

An optional fully automatic safety protection control cabinet can be added, providing protection against leakage, electric leakage, overload, and overheating, enhancing the safety and reliability of the product.

The float switch can automatically control the pump's start and stop according to the required liquid level changes, eliminating the need for manual supervision and making the system very convenient to use.

The pump can be equipped with a dual-rail automatic coupling installation system as per user needs, making installation and maintenance much easier without the need for personnel to enter the sewage pit.

The pump can be used across the full head range without risking motor overload.

There are two different installation options: fixed automatic coupling installation system and movable free installation system.


Product Applications

The QW Series Non-Clogging Submersible Sewage Pump is suitable for use in various industries, including chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, mining, paper manufacturing, cement factories, steel mills, power plants, coal processing industries, as well as municipal sewage treatment plants, drainage systems, municipal engineering, and construction sites. It is ideal for transporting sewage and wastewater containing particles and can also be used for transferring clean water and corrosive media.


Conditions of Use

The rated voltage of the sewage pump series is 380V, with a power frequency of 50Hz.
The medium temperature should not exceed 40°C, and the medium density should not exceed 1150 kg/m³. The pH value should range between 5-9.
Maximum operating altitude: 1000 meters.
The viscosity of the transmitted medium should not exceed 1000 CP.
The product must be fully submerged in water during operation, with a maximum immersion depth of 10 meters.
The material is primarily cast iron and is not suitable for use in highly corrosive environments or with media containing strong corrosive substances.
