This series of pumps is characterized by a simple structure, strong sewage handling capability, and high energy efficiency. They can also be equipped with automatic control and self-coupling devices, making the pump assembly more reliable and ensuring safer, more dependable operation.
1. The pump features a unique cutting mechanism with an adjustable disk and a large-channel open impeller with blades, which significantly improves the ability to handle solid waste. It can effectively pass solid particles and suspended matter with a diameter of up to 50% of the pump's diameter, ensuring complete suction and discharge.
2. This series introduces a special cutting and tearing mechanism from German design, which can tear and cut through fibrous materials, allowing them to be easily discharged. As a result, these pumps are particularly suitable for transporting sewage containing long fibers and sediment. This design effectively solves the clogging problems commonly encountered with other sewage pumps.
3. The pump is designed for efficiency, with remarkable energy-saving effects.
4. The mechanical seal, made from late materials, operates within an oil chamber to enhance reliability.
5. The pump can be equipped with an automatic level control panel, which automatically starts or stops the pump according to the required liquid level, eliminating the need for manual supervision. It is user-friendly and facilitates easy automation management. The dual-rail automatic coupling system (self-coupling) makes installation and maintenance convenient, allowing users to avoid direct contact with sewage pits.
Product Applications
The WQD Cutting Blade Electric Submersible Sewage Pump is ideal for transporting liquids containing solid particles, long fibers, and heavily contaminated, sticky, or slippery sewage in various industries such as pharmaceuticals, paper manufacturing, chemicals, coal processing, aquaculture, slaughterhouses, septic tanks, leather processing, textiles, hospitals, and urban sewage discharge systems. It can also be used to pump clean water and weakly corrosive media.
Operating Conditions
The medium temperature should not exceed 60°C, with a medium density ranging from 1.0–1.3 × 10³ kg/m³, and a pH value between 5 and 9.
The motor part should not be submerged more than half its total length.
The main components of this pump are made of cast iron, so it is not suitable for pumping highly corrosive liquids.
Note: For special requirements (e.g., highly corrosive media), customers can specify their needs when ordering, allowing us to provide products made from more reliable materials.
