The WQ Non-clogging Submersible Sewage Pump is primarily used in municipal engineering, industry, hospitals, construction, hotels, restaurants, and other sectors. This series of pumps is particularly effective in pumping solid particles and long fiber debris. The discharge outlet diameter ranges from 50 to 600 mm, the flow rate ranges from 10 to 7000 m³/h, the head range is 5 to 60 m, and the power range is 1.5 to 315 kW. It can handle solid particles with diameters ranging from 20 to 145 mm.

Operating Conditions

The WQ Non-clogging Submersible Sewage Pump is designed for handling liquids of moderate density, making it ideal for surface water, industrial wastewater, and other general water quality applications. For more specific corrosive media, pumps made of stainless steel are available.

Medium Density: The WQ series is suitable for liquids with a density of 1 to 1.3 kg/dm³.
Medium Temperature: The medium temperature should be maintained below 60°C to ensure the pump operates normally.
Altitude of Usage Environment: The altitude of the usage environment should not exceed 1000 meters; special requirements must be made for higher altitudes.
pH Range: The cast iron WQ series submersible sewage pump is suitable for water with a pH value ranging from 5 to 9, while stainless steel pumps are suitable for a wider range of corrosive media.
Motor Exposure Height: For pumps without an internal self-flow circulation cooling system, the motor's exposed height above the liquid surface should not exceed half the total motor height to prolong the pump's lifespan.
