This vertical pump features bold structural design breakthroughs, particularly in its overall construction. It adopts an independent bearing housing and pump shaft support, addressing the limitations of the original vertical pumps, which relied on motor bearings for support. The pump utilizes a high-performance hydraulic model impeller, which eliminates the issue of excessive axial force present in older vertical pumps. The motor is a Y-series standard universal motor, solving the issue of difficulty in matching and replacing the extended shaft motors of previous vertical pumps. Furthermore, the easy-disassemble design resolves challenges in replacing the bearings, mechanical seals, impellers, and pump shafts of high-power pumps.

Compared to similar domestic products, this pump offers unbeatable advantages such as smoother operation, longer service life, more convenient matching, and easier maintenance. It is one of the high grade vertical pump models in the domestic market, with  technical features that make it an ideal replacement for ISG vertical pumps, IS centrifugal pumps, S-type double-suction pumps, and other conventional centrifugal pumps.


Product Features

Vertical Structure: Easy to install and commission, with a uniquely designed motor and pump body connected by a coupling, ensuring high concentricity and precision. The compact structure greatly reduces the footprint, cutting the construction investment of pump stations by 30%-60%. The stable base and elegant casting and appearance treatments endow the vertical centrifugal pump with an aesthetic appeal comparable to renowned international vertical pumps.

Motor: Equipped with a Y-series standard universal motor from a well-known domestic manufacturer, ensuring smooth operation and low noise.

Bearings: Uses precision bearings from internationally renowned brands, providing high accuracy, reliability, and long service life.

Impeller: The impeller is designed with a hydraulic model from the 1990s that self-balances axial forces, significantly extending the service life of the pump bearings and mechanical seals.

Maintenance-Friendly Bearings: The bearing seats in the motor housing are equipped with oil holes and drainage holes, making maintenance and lubrication of the bearings very convenient.

Easy Disassembly: The pump features a detachable rigid intermediate coupling, ensuring smooth start-up without vibration or noise. The rotating components are equipped with reliable safety guards for enhanced safety.

Mechanical Seal: Made from high-quality materials such as stainless steel, tungsten carbide, and fluororubber, the mechanical seal is durable under high temperature and pressure conditions, ensuring long operational life with no leakage and no wear on the shaft, thus maintaining a clean working environment.

Unique Pump Cover Design: The pump cover can be easily removed by loosening the rigid intermediate coupling and the cover nut. This allows easy access to replace the mechanical seal and impeller without having to dismantle the motor, pump body, or pipelines, making maintenance quick and efficient.


Working Conditions

The maximum working pressure of the pump system is 1.6 MPa, i.e., the suction inlet pressure + pump head ≤ 1.6 MPa (if the working pressure exceeds 1.6 MPa, please specify during ordering, so that cast steel can be used for the pump’s flow parts and coupling components).

The pump is designed to transport clean water or liquids with similar physical and chemical properties to clean water. (If the liquid contains fine particles, please specify during ordering for the installation of wear-resistant mechanical seals).

The environmental temperature should not exceed 40°C, with an altitude ≤1000m and relative humidity ≤95%.
