ISGD Low-speed Centrifugal Pump

The ISGD Low-speed Centrifugal Pump is designed and manufactured based on the ISG single-stage single-suction vertical pipeline centrifugal pump, with reference to the performance parameters of the IS type centrifugal pump. It is engineered with a unique structural combination specific to pipeline centrifugal pumps.

This product adopts advanced hydraulic models provided by domestic water pump experts, offering high efficiency, energy savings, and reliable performance, which have been widely praised by both domestic and international customers. It complies with late national standard GB/T5657-95 from the Ministry of Machinery, and has passed the product inspection and certification by the Ministry of Mechanical Industry.


Key Features

The ISGD Low-speed Centrifugal Pump is equipped with a low-speed motor based on the ISG centrifugal pump, significantly reducing operational noise and greatly extending the lifespan of consumable parts. It is particularly well-suited for air conditioning circulation, heating systems, and various end-stage booster applications in circulating systems.

The absolute concentricity of the pump shaft and the nice dynamic and static balance of the impeller ensure smooth operation with no vibration.


Main Applications

The ISGD Low-speed Centrifugal Pump is mainly used for:

1. Air conditioning system chilled water, cooling water circulation, and end-stage boosting.
2. Local or end-stage boosting circulation in urban heating systems.
3. Local constant pressure boosting in urban building fire protection systems.
4. Supporting various air conditioning hot water boilers.


Operating Conditions

For ISGD pumps with a motor rating of 0.75 kW or higher, the maximum working pressure of the pump system is 1.6 MPa, i.e., the sum of the pump suction inlet pressure and the pump head should be ≤ 1.6 MPa. The pump static pressure test is 2.5 MPa. For pumps with a motor rating below 0.75 kW, the maximum working pressure is 0.8 MPa.

When placing an order, please specify the system working pressure. If the system pressure exceeds 1.6 MPa, please indicate this when ordering, so that the pump's flow and connection parts can be made from cast steel.

The ISGD Low-speed Centrifugal Pump is designed to handle cold and hot water or liquids with similar physical and chemical properties to water, with a maximum temperature of 120°C.
