Main Applications
1. ISW Horizontal Clean Water Pump
Designed for transporting clean water or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. It is widely used in industrial and urban water supply and drainage, water pressure boosting in high-rise buildings, garden irrigation, fire-fighting pressure boosting, long-distance transportation, HVAC systems, bathroom cold and hot water circulation, as well as for equipment matching. The operating temperature is ≤80°C.

2. ISWR / ISWRD Horizontal Hot Water Pump
These pumps are widely used in industries such as energy, metallurgy, chemicals, textiles, and paper manufacturing, as well as in hotels, restaurants, and bathhouses for boiler hot water pressure boosting and circulation. They are also suitable for urban heating systems. The operating temperature is ≤120°C.

3. ISWH Horizontal Chemical Pump
Designed for transporting liquids without solid particles, which are corrosive and have a viscosity similar to water. These pumps are applicable in industries such as petroleum, chemicals, metallurgy, electric power, paper manufacturing, food and pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers. The temperature range for this pump is -20°C to +120°C.

4. ISWB Horizontal Pipeline Oil Pump
Suitable for transporting oil products like gasoline, kerosene, diesel, or other flammable and explosive liquids. The operating temperature range is -20°C to +120°C.


Product Features

Stable Operation:
The pump shaft's absolute concentricity and the impeller's nice dynamic and static balance ensure smooth operation with zero vibration.

Leak-Free Design:
Hard alloy seals of various materials guarantee no leakage during the transportation of different media.

The pump is supported by two low-noise bearings, ensuring stable operation with minimal noise except for the faint sound of the motor.

Low Failure Rate:
With a simple and reasonable structure and key components sourced from top-tier international suppliers, the pump operates without failures and improves overall efficiency.

Easy Maintenance:
Seals and bearings are easy to replace, simplifying maintenance procedures.

Space-Saving Design:
The pump outlet can be positioned in three directions: left, right, and upward, making it convenient for pipe installation and saving space.


Operating Conditions

Suction Pressure:
The suction pressure should be ≤1.0MPa, or the maximum system operating pressure should be ≤1.6MPa, meaning the pump inlet pressure + pump head ≤1.6MPa. The pump static pressure test pressure is 2.5MPa. Please specify the system operating pressure when placing an order. If the system pressure exceeds 1.6MPa, please indicate this during ordering so that cast steel materials can be used for the pump's flow and connection parts.

Ambient Temperature:
The ambient temperature should be <40°C and relative humidity should be <95%.

Solid Particles in Medium:
The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium should not exceed 0.1% by volume, with particle sizes <0.2mm.

Note: If the medium contains fine particles, please specify this when placing the order so that wear-resistant mechanical seals can be used.
