2X Two Stage Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump

The 2X Two Stage Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump features a two-stage structure. Its operating performance is divided into two parts: the high-pressure stage and the low-pressure stage.

The pump’s intake port is connected to the vacuum container or vacuum equipment, and during operation, it draws in and exhausts a large volume of gas from the container. When the equipment reaches a vacuum state, the high-pressure stage exhaust valve plate closes, and the gas drawn in by the high-pressure stage is transferred to the second stage. The second stage then draws in and exhausts the gas, allowing the vacuum equipment to achieve a certain level of vacuum. The technical parameter of this pump is 6x10 Pa. Based on the user’s needs, a vacuum booster pump can be added to use this pump as a primary pump. The booster pump’s suction power strengthens the primary pump's continuous operation, allowing the equipment to achieve a higher level of vacuum.

2. Positive pressure oil system ensures proper lubrication and prevents oil starvation under high gas loads.
3. Fast-acting inlet valve protects internal components from oil and air contamination if the pump stops while under vacuum.
4. Gas ballast valve limits internal condensation and allows the pump to be used when condensable vapors are present.


Applications

1. The 2X Two Stage Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump is suitable for use in industries such as metallurgy, chemical engineering, electric light source vacuum, vacuum coating, food packaging, pharmaceuticals, vacuum forming, electronics, and drying.
2. Since the rotary vane vacuum pump is made of ferrous metals and is relatively precise, the pump’s operations are interconnected. Therefore, it is not suitable for pumping high-oxygen, toxic, or explosive materials, as well as gases that corrode ferrous metals or chemically react with vacuum oil. It cannot be used as a compressor or transfer pump. However, if the pump is equipped with a gas ballast device, it can remove a certain amount of condensable gases.
3. The rotary vane vacuum pump can directly perform vacuum operations with a vacuum degree below 10^-3 Torr and can also cooperate with other vacuum operations.
4. Rotary vane vacuum pumps are generally used in environments where the room temperature is not lower than 5°C and the relative humidity is not higher than 90%.
