It operates by utilizing a stream of water at a certain pressure, which is ejected through a nozzle arranged symmetrically and inclined at a specific angle, converging at a focal point. Due to the high velocity of the ejected water, a negative pressure is formed around it, creating a vacuum in the chamber. Additionally, since the secondary steam directly contacts the ejected water, a heat exchange occurs, causing  of the steam to condense into water. A small amount of steam that remains uncondensed, along with non-condensable gases, is mixed and compressed through friction with the high-speed water flow, and is then expelled through a diffuser, further enhancing the vacuum within the chamber.

W Type Water Ejector Vacuum Pumps are widely used in vacuum and evaporation systems for various processes such as vacuum water extraction, vacuum evaporation, vacuum filtration, vacuum crystallization, drying, and deodorization. They are essential equipment in industries such as sugar, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food processing, salt production, MSG, dairy, fermentation, as well as some light industries and defense sectors. However, there are relatively few manufacturers producing water ejectors, and the available models are not diverse. 3. Outdoor and Low-Position Installation: The ejector can be installed at ground level outdoors, requiring less space and reducing building area and installation costs.
