It operates by utilizing a stream of water at a certain pressure, which is ejected through a nozzle arranged symmetrically and inclined at a specific angle, converging at a focal point. Due to the high velocity of the ejected water, a negative pressure is formed around it, creating a vacuum in the chamber. Additionally, since the secondary steam directly contacts the ejected water, a heat exchange occurs, causing of the steam to condense into water. A small amount of steam that remains uncondensed, along with non-condensable gases, is mixed and compressed through friction with the high-speed water flow, and is then expelled through a diffuser, further enhancing the vacuum within the chamber.
W Type Water Ejector Vacuum Pumps are widely used in vacuum and evaporation systems for various processes such as vacuum water extraction, vacuum evaporation, vacuum filtration, vacuum crystallization, drying, and deodorization. They are essential equipment in industries such as sugar, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food processing, salt production, MSG, dairy, fermentation, as well as some light industries and defense sectors. However, there are relatively few manufacturers producing water ejectors, and the available models are not diverse. In response, our company has continuously improved the design in recent years by incorporating multiple nozzles, steam rings (guide discs), and a multi-stage pump for water intake, installed at a low position. With an installation height of just 4.5 meters, these enhancements improve the overall performance and bring a certain level of technological advancement, making the water ejector a revolutionary device in vacuum condensation systems.
Product Features:
The W Type Water Ejector Vacuum Pump features a compact and precise structure with high strength, designed for vacuum evaporation systems. By combining the functions of a condenser and a vacuum pump into a single unit, it significantly simplifies the process. Compared to traditional systems using separate vacuum pumps and condensers, the W Type Water Ejector Vacuum Pump reduces the need for additional equipment such as vacuum pumps, condensers, and separators. Additionally, it offers the following advantages:
1. Compact and Lightweight: The water ejector has a small volume, light weight, and compact structure. It is highly efficient and consumes less power compared to vacuum pump systems, providing a more cost-effective solution for investors.
2. Simple Operation and Easy Maintenance: It requires no specialized personnel for management. With no mechanical drive components, the noise level is low, and there is no need for lubrication oil, making maintenance easier.
3. Outdoor and Low-Position Installation: The ejector can be installed at ground level outdoors, requiring less space and reducing building area and installation costs.
