The SLB Detachable Vertical Single-stage Double Suction Centrifugal Pump is a domestically developed and innovative double-suction pump specifically designed by our company for industries such as urban water supply, heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration. This product is widely used in municipal water treatment plants, pump stations, power stations, air conditioning circulation systems, hot water circulation for heating, industrial water supply systems, fire-fighting systems, shipbuilding, and general applications in the petroleum refining industry.

The SLB Detachable Vertical Single-stage Double Suction Centrifugal Pump series adopts the good hydraulic model available both domestically and internationally, ensuring stable performance and high efficiency. The product features a compact structure with a small footprint, smooth operation, low vibration, and convenient installation and maintenance.

Outlet diameter: DN = 100~350 mm
Flow range (rated point): Q = 100~1680 m³/h
Head range (rated point): H = 6.8~123 m


Hydraulic Performance

The pump's hydraulic model is optimized through computer simulation, giving the SLB double-suction pump high efficiency and outstanding anti-cavitation performance. Compared with similar domestic products, this series achieves 1-3% higher efficiency and enhanced cavitation resistance.


Operating Conditions

1. The maximum system working pressure is 2.5 MPa; that is, the pump's outlet pressure = pump inlet pressure + pump head ≤ 2.5 MPa. Based on the maximum pressure the pump can handle, the pump body and cover are made from gray cast iron (1.6 MPa), ductile iron (2.0 MPa), or cast steel (P 2.5 MPa including stainless steel). Please specify the pressure rating or material when ordering.
2. The working medium is clean water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water, with a temperature not exceeding 100°C.


Structural Features

1. Compact structure with a small footprint; both the inlet and outlet are aligned horizontally, making installation easy. The detachable structure allows maintenance without removing the inlet/outlet piping or motor. To disassemble, simply loosen the bolts connecting the pump body and cover, and remove the intermediate coupling. The intermediate components can be taken out as a single unit, making maintenance very convenient. This advantage is especially evident when replacing bearings and mechanical seals in large-capacity pumps, which are prone to wear.
2. The axial dimension of the rotor components is short, ensuring good rigidity, and the connections between the pump, motor frame, motor, and coupling are all flush-mounted. This results in high concentricity of the components. Additionally, the nice hydraulic model virtually eliminates axial and radial forces, ensuring smooth operation with low noise and vibration.
3. The pump shaft is supported by independent bearings made from high-quality imported bearings (NTN, NSK, SKF, etc.), ensuring long-term, safe operation of the motor. The bearings are lubricated with grease, and the bearing cap is equipped with an oil cup for easy refilling with a high-pressure grease gun.


Sealing

The pump uses mechanical seals with graphite versus tungsten carbide for the sealing friction pair, ensuring no leakage and a longer service life.
