The LG-B Detachable High-Rise Building Water Supply Centrifugal Pump is a new generation water supply product developed based on the actual needs of high-rise building constant pressure water supply and firefighting industries. This pump utilizes an nice domestic hydraulic model, meticulously designed by our technical team. It offers advantages such as high efficiency, stable performance, low noise, long service life, attractive appearance, small footprint, easy maintenance, and light weight.

The LG-B Detachable High-Rise Building Water Supply Centrifugal Pump is composed of a motor and a pump connected by a clamp-style coupling. The pump shaft is aligned with the motor shaft to ensure that the pump and motor are absolutely coaxial, resulting in stable operation and low noise. The motor is a Y-type three-phase asynchronous motor, making it easy for users to replace. The assembly features a rigid connection, and no calibration is required during operation. The shaft seal uses mechanical seals, and the pump has a detachable structure, making it convenient to replace mechanical seals. The pump rotates in a clockwise direction when viewed from the motor end.


Product Features

The pump has a compact structure, small size, and attractive appearance, which ensures a small installation footprint. It can be used outdoors when equipped with a protective cover.
The impeller is directly mounted on the motor shaft, ensuring pump concentricity. This enhances the pump's operational stability and extends its service life.
The shaft seal uses a combination of mechanical seals or mechanical seals with high-quality hard alloy sealing rings, improving wear resistance and effectively extending the pump’s service life.
Installation and maintenance are convenient, with no need to disassemble the piping system. The pump's inlet and outlet have the same diameter, simplifying the piping connection.
The pump can operate in series or parallel configurations according to the required flow and head.
The inlet and outlet can be installed in several different directions (0°, 90°, 180°, 270°) to accommodate different connection scenarios.
The pump head can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the number of pump stages and adjusting the impeller outer diameter, without changing the installation footprint. This feature is not available in other types of pumps.


Main Applications

The LG-B Detachable High-Rise Building Water Supply Centrifugal Pump is especially suitable for high-rise building constant pressure water supply, firefighting, and sprinkler water supply equipment in residential buildings, hotels, office buildings, etc. It is also ideal for automatic water replenishment in chemical process cooling towers, system pressure stabilization, production process circulating water, long-distance transportation, and boiler feedwater. The pump is capable of transporting clean water or mediums with similar physical and chemical properties to water at ambient temperatures (T<80°C). For hot water models, the pump can handle media with temperatures below 105°C.
