QY Oil Filled Submersible Electric Pump

The QY Oil-Filled Submersible Electric Pump (referred to as the submersible pump) is a power drainage and irrigation equipment that integrates a water pump and a three-phase asynchronous motor. It features reliable waterproof sealing performance, compact size, lightweight, no need for a pump house, and does not require priming water. It is very convenient for use, maintenance, and management.

Product Structure
The QY Oil-Filled Submersible Pump consists of the pump, mechanical seal, and motor. The pump, located at the bottom of the unit, uses a centrifugal impeller. The motor, which is a three-phase motor, is located at the upper part of the pump. A double-end mechanical seal is used where the pump and motor are connected, and O-rings are applied to all static joints.


Applications

1. Irrigation and drainage for farmland and gardens, well irrigation, and sprinkler irrigation.
2. Water lifting from wells and water supply to water towers.
3. Flood control and drainage.
4. Bilge water drainage for ships.
5. Water supply and drainage for urban construction, industrial, and mining applications.


Operating Conditions

The pump can operate properly and continuously under the following conditions:

The submersible pump should not be submerged deeper than 5 meters.
The water temperature should not exceed 40°C.
The pump should operate within its rated head.
The water should contain no more than 0.1% sand or insoluble solid particles, with particle size not exceeding 0.2mm.
The water should not be corrosive, and the pH value of the water should be between 6.5 and 8. Examples of suitable water include clean water, well water, river water, and lake water.
