The PBG Shielding Type Pipeline Pump adopts advanced international shielding pump design and manufacturing technologies, applying motor shielding technology to the field of fluid transport. It is a newly developed series of products designed to meet the needs of the domestic market. The performance parameters of the PBG Shielding Type Pipeline Pump series are in line with the international standard IS02858 and the national standard JB/T6878.2-93. The pump features standardized design, high versatility, reasonable structure, stable performance, low noise operation, and no vibration, making it an ideal product to replace conventional horizontal centrifugal pumps and vertical pipeline pumps.

Product Features
1. The pump has a compact structure, with the motor and pump integrated into one unit, and its small size makes it space-efficient. The vertical structure ensures minimal installation footprint, smooth operation, and no need for adjustment during installation.

2. The pump’s inlet and outlet are designed with identical flanges positioned on the same central line, allowing for direct installation into pipelines like a valve. The low center design facilitates easy pipeline layout and installation.

3. The motor and pump are coaxial with a short axial dimension, resulting in smoother operation and lower noise.

4. The traditional shaft seal has been eliminated to prevent leakage of the transported medium, ensuring the pump has a completely leak-free performance.

5. Sliding bearings replace conventional motor rolling bearings, ensuring exceptionally smooth operation with minimal vibration and noise.

6. Installation and maintenance are convenient, as the entire rotor assembly can be inspected and repaired by removing only the connection nuts, without disassembling the pipeline system.

7. The pump can be operated in series or parallel according to the required flow and head, offering flexibility in usage.


Main Applications

1. The standard PBG Shielding Type Pipeline Pump is used for transporting clean water and other liquids with similar physical and chemical properties to clean water. The medium temperature does not exceed 80°C. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, water supply for high-rise buildings, garden irrigation, firefighting pressure boosting, long-distance transport, HVAC systems, and bathroom water circulation for heating and cooling systems. It is particularly suitable for applications with high vibration and noise requirements, such as underground pump rooms and air conditioning refrigeration systems.

2. The PBG Shielding Type Pipeline Pump for hot water is mainly used for transporting soft water without solid particles, with a temperature not exceeding 160°C. It is suitable for energy, metallurgy, chemical, textile, papermaking, hotels, restaurants, bathrooms, boiler hot water pressure boosting, circulation, and urban heating systems.

3. The PBG Shielding Type Pipeline Pump for corrosion resistance is designed for transporting liquid media without solid particles that are corrosive, with a viscosity similar to water. It is applicable in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, papermaking, food, pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers.
