The ZWL Direct Connected Non-clogging Self-Priming Sewage Pump integrates self-priming and non-clogging sewage discharge into one unit.

It functions similarly to a standard self-priming clean water pump, requiring no bottom valve installation or priming water. At the same time, it is capable of handling sewage containing solid particles, large fibers, sludge, waste minerals, impurities from fecal treatment, and all types of engineering wastewater. This significantly reduces the labor intensity for workers, while offering ease of use, mobility, installation and stable performance.

Compared to similar domestic products, the self-priming non-clogging sewage pump adopts a direct connection structure. It features a simple and compact design with less vibration, nice self-priming capability, strong sewage discharge capacity, high efficiency, energy-saving properties, and convenient maintenance.

The ZWL Direct Connected Non-clogging Self-Priming Sewage Pump can be widely used in municipal drainage projects, river or pool aquaculture, light industry, papermaking, textiles, food processing, chemicals, electric power, and the treatment of wastewater containing impurities such as fibers, pastes, and mixed suspensions.


Application Range

Ambient temperature: T ≤ 45°C, Medium temperature: T ≤ 60°C.
For cast iron pumps, the medium's pH value should be between 6-9; for stainless steel pumps, the pH value should range from 1 to 14.
Maximum particle diameter that can pass through is 60% of the pump diameter; the fiber length can be up to 5 times the pump diameter.
The total weight of impurities in the medium should not exceed 15% of the total weight of the medium. The medium's specific gravity should not exceed 1240 kg/m³.
