SG Vertical Pipeline Booster Pump

The SG Vertical Pipeline Booster Pumps are designed to address low pipeline pressure and provide effective pressurized delivery. These innovative pumps offer significant advantages over traditional horizontal centrifugal pumps. With the use of advanced mechanical seals and the direct installation of the motor shaft onto the impeller, these pumps are highly efficient, energy-saving, compact in structure, small in size, lightweight, and easy to install. They can also be used in series according to the required head and flow rate.

Main Applications
1. SG series standard pipeline pumps are suitable for high-rise building water supply, garden irrigation, cooling tower water supply, long-distance water transport, air conditioning, refrigeration flushing, and bathroom hot and cold water circulation pressurization. Operating temperature: below 80°C.
2. SGR series hot water pipeline pumps are suitable for heating systems, boilers, and other industries that require high-temperature hot water pressurization and circulation. Operating temperature: below 150°C.
3. SGP series corrosion-resistant pipeline pumps are designed for the transportation of corrosive media in industries such as food processing, pharmaceuticals, brewing, and chemicals. Operating temperature: below 100°C.
4. SGB series explosion-proof pipeline pumps are used for the transport of non-corrosive liquids in environments with explosive mixtures, such as methane-rich coal mines, underground fixed equipment of Class I, and industrial sites of factory classes II A, II B, with temperature groups T1, T2, T3, T4. Operating temperature: below 80°C.
5. SGPB series corrosion-resistant and explosion-proof pipeline pumps are used for the transportation of corrosive liquids in industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, petroleum, food, and defense. They are suitable for environments with explosive mixtures, such as methane-rich coal mines, underground fixed equipment of Class I, and industrial sites of factory classes II A, II B, with temperature groups T1, T2, T3, T4. Operating temperature: below 150°C.
