XBD-ISG Vertical Single-stage Fire Pump

The XBD-ISG Vertical Single-stage Fire Pump is designed to transport clean water without solid particles or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. It is primarily used for boosting water pressure in fire protection systems, but can also be applied to industrial and municipal water supply and drainage systems. The pump's flow range is 5-330 L/s, pressure range is 0.2-2.25 MPa, power range is 4-160 kW, and the diameter range is Ф50-Ф500 mm.

Product Features
The pump has a compact structure, small volume, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance. Its vertical design ensures minimal installation space. The pump's center of gravity coincides with the center of the pump base, which enhances the stability and operational lifespan of the pump.
Both the pump inlet and outlet are in the horizontal direction, simplifying the pipeline connections.
The pump's pressure can be adjusted by adding or reducing the number of stages and cutting the impeller's outer diameter to meet specific requirements, without changing the installation footprint—something not possible with other pumps.
The pump rotor has minimal deflection, resulting in smooth operation with low vibration, low noise, and a long service life.

The XBD-ISG Vertical Single-stage Fire Pump is mainly used for boosting water pressure in fire protection system pipelines. It is also suitable for industrial and municipal water supply and drainage, high-rise building water boosting, long-distance water delivery, heating, bathroom water circulation, boiler hot and cold water circulation, air conditioning cooling system water delivery, and equipment support applications.


Structure Description

The XBD-ISG Vertical Single-stage Fire Pump consists of two main parts: the motor and the pump, with the pump and motor mounted on the same axis. The pump structure includes the pump body, impeller, pump cover, mechanical seals, and other components. The pump's inlet and outlet are on the same horizontal axis and have the same diameter specifications, making installation and disassembly toughly convenient and occupying minimal space. The pump is equipped with a mounting base to facilitate installation and improve operational stability. The pump seal uses a mechanical seal, ensuring reliable sealing and no leakage. The axial force of the pump is balanced by a balance ring on the impeller. The pump's inlet and outlet flanges are designed for 1.6 MPa pressure, making the pipeline connection convenient.
