The 2CY gear oil pump is known for its simple structure, practicality, and ease of maintenance. It is equipped with a safety valve, which automatically opens when the pump is overloaded to protect the motor. However, it is not designed to function as a constant overflow valve to adjust the working pressure of the pump.

1. This pump is suitable for transferring various lubricating liquids with temperatures not exceeding 70°C. For higher temperatures, up to 200°C, please contact our company for customization with heat-resistant materials. The viscosity range is between 5×10⁻⁵ and 1.5×10⁻³ m²/s.
2. This pump is not suitable for transferring corrosive liquids, liquids containing hard particles or fibers, or highly volatile liquids with a low flashpoint, such as gasoline, benzene, etc.

Structural Characteristics
The 2CY High Pressure Gear Oil Transfer Pump primarily consists of gears, shafts, pump bodies, pump covers, bearing sleeves, and shaft end seals. The gears are hardened and wear-resistant after nitriding. The shaft is installed in a replaceable shaft sleeve. Lubrication for all parts in the pump is automatically provided when the pump operates. Inside the pump, four bearing sleeves are installed in a floating manner, and the end gap adjusts automatically with the working pressure. As a result, the pump operates with stable pressure, minimal pulsation in the output flow, and high volumetric efficiency. When viewed from the spindle side of the pump, it rotates clockwise.
