BAW Stainless Steel Sanitary Centrifugal Pump

The BAW Stainless Steel Sanitary Centrifugal Pump, also known as the beverage pump, milk pump, or feed pump, is designed for transporting a variety of liquids, including wine, soda, milk, soy sauce, vinegar, and vegetable oil. It is widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, auxiliaries, dyes, textiles, and papermaking for liquid material transportation. The temperature of the transported medium should not exceed 80°C, and the pump is also compatible with filtration machines.

Product Features
The components of this pump are made from high-quality stainless steel materials such as 304, 405, 606, and 316L. The pump body and motor are integrated as a single unit, featuring a mechanical seal device and a stainless steel protective cover. It boasts a simple structure, attractive appearance, compact size, corrosion resistance, easy operation, and does not require a foundation for installation. The pump outlet is designed with an adjustable angle.


Product Structure
The pump is mainly composed of a pump body, pump base, and motor section. Each part is connected by bolts. The supporting feet of the base can be freely adjusted, allowing installation without a fixed mounting base. The outlet pipe can be installed vertically or horizontally based on different needs. The pump adopts a smooth transition, rigid structure, and thick-walled design. Components such as the pump body, pump cover, impeller, and other parts in contact with the material are made of stainless steel. The mechanical shaft seals are made of high-quality stainless steel and silicon carbide, greatly improving wear resistance and moisturizing properties, thus extending the pump's service life.

The pump body and impeller are made using integral precision casting, and all parts' surfaces are treated. Special fixtures are used for installation, ensuring precise dimensional clearance. The shaft seal adopts an open-type structure, allowing any small leakage at the shaft seal to be observed in time. This design prevents overflow into the motor, ensuring a long motor service life.
