WSY Vertical FRP Fiberglass Submerged Vortex Pump

The WSY Vertical FRP Fiberglass Submerged Vortex Pump produced by our company is designed to be submerged into storage tanks or pits. The depth of submersion can be selected anywhere between 800mm and 3000mm based on the tank's height. As long as the liquid level is higher than the pump body, the pump can operate without the need to fill the pump with liquid. The top cover of the pump is equipped with a leakage hole to prevent the liquid from leaking outside the storage tank.

The components in contact with the medium are made from modified phenolic fiberglass using polyvinyl alcohol-modified phenolic resin, which is formed by high-temperature molding. The connecting pipes and discharge pipes are made from phenolic fiberglass pipes using the semi-dry winding process. The assembly of the impeller shaft sleeve is bonded with phenolic resin and the pump shaft. All submerged parts are bonded with phenolic resin. No metal parts come into contact with the medium, ensuring nice corrosion resistance. The product is lightweight, strong, non-deformable, heat-resistant, and corrosion-resistant, making it an ideal substitute for expensive metals such as molybdenum stainless steel, titanium, and titanium alloys in terms of anti-corrosion performance.

The pump operates in a clockwise direction when viewed from the motor end, driven directly by the motor through a claw-type flexible coupling.

The WSY Vertical FRP Fiberglass Submerged Vortex Pump is widely used in industries such as chemicals, petrochemicals, metallurgy, dyes, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, rare earths, fertilizers, and more. It is the ideal equipment for transporting corrosive media, such as non-oxidizing acids (e.g., hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, formic acid, acetic acid, butyric acid), that do not contain suspended solid particles, are not prone to crystallization, and have a temperature not exceeding 100°C.
