The material is non-toxic, non-polluting, and resistant to common acids, alkalis, and salts. It also boasts high mechanical strength, nice corrosion resistance, and a unique scientific structure. The pump chamber is designed with a suction chamber, reservoir chamber, return flow chamber, gas-liquid separation chamber, and a reflux valve. For initial operation, simply inject the lead solution before starting the motor for the first time. The pump requires the installation of a bottom valve in the inlet pipe and does not need additional cooling water for the mechanical seal. This pump is an ideal solution with the advantages of simple operation, safety, and leakage-free performance, making it the good alternative to submerged pumps. It is suitable for transporting various corrosive media at temperatures ranging from -40°C to +120°C (PVDF) and -40°C to +80°C (RPP).
