NL Vertical Seage and Slurry Pump

The NL Vertical Seage and Slurry Pump is a single-stage, priming, vertical centrifugal pump. It consists of components such as the volute casing, impeller, pump seat, pump casing, motor seat, and motor. The impeller nut is made of raw iron, which is highly durable, corrosion-resistant, and easy to process.

The impeller features a three-blade, single-cord arc design, with a semi-open impeller selected for its high strength, corrosion resistance, ease of processing, good flow capability, and high efficiency. To reduce weight and minimize machining, the pump shaft is made from high-quality carbon steel, cold-drawn into round bars.

The pump casing is equipped with four skeleton oil seals and a shaft sleeve to prevent shaft wear and extend the shaft's service life. The pump can be used either vertically or inclined, occupying minimal space. The volute casing works in the medium it pumps, ensuring easy startup without the need for priming. The pump operates in a clockwise direction when viewed from the motor's tail.

The NL Vertical Seage and Slurry Pump is available in various lengths to suit different applications, allowing users to choose the  suitable specification according to their needs.


Main Applications
1. The NL Vertical Seage and Slurry Pump is widely used in industries such as mining, paper manufacturing, printing and dyeing, environmental protection, graphite, mica, gold, ceramics, oil refining, petrochemical, chemicals, agriculture, salt, iodine, dyeing, brewing, food processing, fertilizers, coking, construction, marble processing, and wastewater treatment. It is particularly effective for transporting mud, sand, sewage, sludge, and other contaminated liquids containing suspended solids.

2. When combined with high-pressure water pumps or water guns, the NL pump can form a hydraulic mechanized earth-moving system for small-scale water conservancy projects, such as land reclamation, river and pond dredging, drilling, and excavation. It can also be applied in city air defense projects and underground construction projects.

3. The pump can also be used for applications like pond aeration or maintaining clear water in fish ponds.
