IHF Fluoroplastic Lining Chemical Centrifugal Pump

The IHF Fluoroplastic Lining Chemical Centrifugal Pump is designed according to international standards, with a pump body made of a metal shell lined with fluoropolymer (F46). The pump cover, impeller, and shaft sleeve are all formed by sintering and pressing metal inserts wrapped in fluoroplastic. The shaft seal uses an externally mounted bellows mechanical seal, with a static ring made of 99.9% alumina ceramic or silicon nitride. The dynamic ring is made of PTFE-filled material.

Features
The IHF Fluoroplastic Lining Chemical Centrifugal Pump is designed and manufactured according to international standards, incorporating non-metallic pump technology. It features nice properties such as anti-corrosion, wear resistance, aging resistance, energy efficiency, and high mechanical strength.

Fluoroplastic (PTFE, FEP, and PFA) is one of the   anti-corrosive materials available today, resistant to corrosive media of any concentration, including acids, alkalis, oxidants, and more.

No need for independent lubrication or cooling, reducing energy consumption.

Available in two coupling designs: direct coupling and axial coupling, eliminating the need for disassembling the pipeline, making maintenance easier.

Horizontal installation, with minimal vibration, low noise, and stable operation according to international standards. It can be exchanged with standard chemical centrifugal pumps, facilitating easier replacement and operation.


Applications

The IHF Fluoroplastic Lining Chemical Centrifugal Pump is suitable for transporting highly corrosive media under harsh conditions, including sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, acetic acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, aqua regia, strong alkalis, strong oxidants, organic solvents, reducing agents, and more. It is one of late corrosion-resistant equipments in the world today.
